Coconut Beach, that is.
On Saturday we spent the afternoon at Coconut Beach, the local volleyball venue. This was the first time I've played in the sand since the fall of 2007, before getting pregnant. It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected, and much better than my last two attempts at outdoor volleyball on grass. I'm slowly getting back into shape, and gaining some of my muscle back.
But enough about me ... could Cassidy be any cuter?
Wow! When you don't see her very often, it looks like she is really growing up fast. Can't wait to see you guys again.
