A touch of Nola in McComb (and artwork to come)

I painted this for above mom and dads fireplace back in september, and just stumbled across the pictures today.

 

I'm planning to a large fleur de lis for our home too.  Just have to find make the time.  Most recently, my interest in artwork has been renewed by a new acquisition of several boxes of scrap glass courtesy of a volleyball acquaintance who owns a stained glass business with his wife who is a glass artist. I've purchased some new shelving and am currently organizing all of my glass according to color while incubating several project ideas in my head! 

So many ideas... so little time!
